Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, returned products cannot normally be restocked once product integrity or chain of custody can no longer be confirmed.

4. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, contact Precision Bio Research promptly after delivery.

Clear photographs of the affected product
Photographs of the outer shipping package
Photographs of the shipping label

Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until we review the claim.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your shipment, contact us as soon as possible.

6. Lost Shipments

A package is not considered lost solely because tracking information is delayed or temporarily stops updating.

Where a carrier confirms a shipment as lost, Precision Bio Research will review the order and determine an appropriate resolution.

7. Packages Marked as Delivered

Product storage information is provided solely for laboratory material preservation and should not be interpreted as instructions for human or veterinary use.

11. Analytical and Quality Concerns

If you believe a product does not meet its documented analytical specification, contact us with:

Relevant Certificate of Analysis information
Supporting analytical data, where available

Quality-related claims may require review of batch documentation and supporting laboratory evidence.

Visual observations alone may not be sufficient to establish a product quality deviation.

12. Certificate of Analysis

Where applicable, customers should review the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) associated with the product.

Evaluate analytical specifications, identity, purity, and related information against the applicable batch documentation.

Claims involving purity or identity may require supporting third-party analytical evidence before we approve a refund or replacement.
